Data files

The data directory contains the database, input-output tables, parameters, projection inputs and the baseline design for a model build. Most model data is CSV. The build 199 baseline design is YAML.

The model configuration normally selects conventional filenames. Override a name only in model_configuration.yaml; do not repeat data-file choices in unrelated run scripts.

The baseline design is normally data/baseline_design.yaml. It orders simulation-layer CSV files but does not contain their projected shock values.
